Weight Woes?? Most of us have it.
I am sure many of you have ridden the roller coaster of weight fluctuations. Unfortunately, many of us get stuck at the top and can't come down. Gravity isn't going to help here. It is only the will power and self control that will guide you to climb down to where you were before, where you felt good and where you weren't dizzy and unable to enjoy normal things.
I made a choice, either to lose weight or not to care and go on without caring about my health. I made the first choice and the right one. I lost almost 20 Lbs over a period of 4 months. Slow, you are thinking, but let me tell you that is what is working for me. I follow a low calorie diet with 4-5 days per week of over an hour workouts. Change in lifestyle and eating habits which I can follow for life are helping me. Ofcourse there are additional things I do to maintain my weight.
It really does feel good to fit back into old jeans or go to the mall to buy smaller size clothes. I m loving it and yes loving to eat less, work out more and be thin and healthy.
